This bamboo board has a small oval of tiny pyramids in the center to hold your meat in place while you carve. Surrounding the oval is a deep juice trough, designed to catch all the drippings from your meat. It is extremely heavy duty, being 1.5” thick and weighing a whopping 7.5 pounds.
