Hey there, my name is Brian Canada and I am a native Oklahoman who has been grilling for over 25 years! Growing up I watched my dad grill, and knew I would follow his lead. Since adulthood I have always been willing to take a challenge. My wife bought my first grill at a garage sale, and that officially fueled my excitement about the challenge of grilling. From that point on, I have been working toward improving my skills and enjoying the feasts and fellowship created around grilling (aka grillin’ here in Oklahoma).
